Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy for non-custom products only, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before sending any items back.

Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Custom Products (Important)

Custom printed products are non-returnable and non-refundable because they are made specifically for each customer.

This includes:

  • Custom stickers
  • Custom cards
  • Custom printed items
  • Personalized products
  • Bulk custom orders

However, if there is a manufacturing defect, printing error, or shipping damage, we will reprint or replace the order at no extra cost.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it.

If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and send photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging

We will review the case and send a replacement if the issue is confirmed.

Exchanges

Since most of our products are custom-made, exchanges are not available for custom items.

For non-custom items, exchanges are allowed according to the return conditions listed above.

Refunds

If your return is approved (for non-custom items only), your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders that require a down payment:

  • The down payment is non-refundable once production has started.
  • If the customer refuses to receive the order, the down payment will not be refunded.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, except for custom or personalized items, which are not eligible for return according to EU regulations for customized goods.
