This website is operated by Stick It!. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Stick It!. Stick It! offers this website, including all information, tools, and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per order, or per address.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Some products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.

We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 4 – CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Some of our products are custom-made and printed based on customer requests and designs.

By placing an order for a custom product, you agree that:

  • Custom products cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.
  • The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the design before production.
  • Stick It! is not responsible for errors approved by the customer in the final design (including spelling, colors, size, or layout).
  • Slight color variations may occur due to screen and printing differences.
  • Production will only start after design approval and/or down payment confirmation.

SECTION 5 – PRICING AND PAYMENTS

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We accept online payments and Cash on Delivery (according to our payment policy).

SECTION 6 – DOWN PAYMENT & CASH ON DELIVERY

For orders paid using Cash on Delivery or partial payment:

  • A 50% down payment is required before production starts.
  • The remaining 50% is paid upon delivery.
  • Orders will not be processed until the down payment is received.
  • The down payment is non-refundable once production has started.
  • If the customer refuses to receive the order, the down payment will not be refunded and the order will be considered canceled by the customer.

SECTION 7 – ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be canceled only before production has started.

Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled because the product is custom-made.

Stick It! reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including:

  • Suspicious or fraudulent orders
  • Orders with incorrect pricing
  • Orders that cannot be fulfilled
  • Failure to respond for design approval

SECTION 8 – SHIPPING

SECTION 9 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Custom products are non-refundable once production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

We may provide access to third-party tools and links. We are not responsible for third-party services or websites.
